- 1 / 5By A Google UserI cannot encourage you enough NOT to purchase anything from Relax All About Lounges. Every dealing with them was horrible, and stressful. Couch took 17 weeks to be delivered. They purposely avoided returning my calls, lied about the hold up, screamed at me on the phone, and hung up on me, threatened me, you name it. I had no choice but to cop it as they had my $1,000 deposit and there was no chance of getting that back. Heaven forbid I have a warrantee isssue (10 year warrentee) and I have to deal with these people again. DON'T purchase anything from these people, especially when it's such a big buy.
